Better baking results

The SteamBake function is a program that combines air baking and the addition of steam at the beginning of baking. By filling the special container/slot at the bottom of the oven with a small amount of water (usually ~100 ml), the oven, during preheating, heats the water and produces steam which circulates together with the hot air in the oven chamber. In this way, the steam keeps the surface of the food moist in the first minutes of baking, allowing the inside to rise better, creating a crispy crust on the outside and a soft, fluffy inside. The function is ideal for bread, croissants, pizzas, cakes or foods that benefit from moisture.
