Create several large surfaces to cook on with the Multiple Bridge Function in the AEG induction hob. Two zones can be paired at the touch of a button, providing a single bridge for cooking. SenseBoil® is a smart feature that automatically detects when water in a pot reaches boiling point and adjusts the temperature to keep the water at a controlled simmer, preventing “scalding” and saving time and energy. It is a practical, safe and ergonomic feature for controlled and clean boiling.

The Hob²Hood® function connects the hob and the hood. The cooker hood automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the heat, without lifting a finger. For powerful extraction when searing. And quieter extraction when simmering.

With the Individual Touch Controls user interface, you can control each zone individually. Simply place your pot or pan on the hob and control the heat zone using the plus or minus buttons. In addition, the built-in hob timer can be set for up to one hour and will automatically switch off the hob when the time is up. For delicious and precise results without the hassle.
