The Kenwood Cooking Chef XL is the ultimate kitchen assistant, with all the features of Kenwood Kitchen Machines, while the induction hob at the bottom of the bowl allows you to cook whatever you make in a pot. With a wide temperature range from 20⁰C to 180⁰C, the possibilities are endless.
The 4.3” Cookassist touchscreen offers pre-selected SIMPLETOUCH functions that have been expertly created, such as bread rising and Swiss meringue, ensuring the best results at the touch of a single button.
Connecting to WiFi
The Cooking Chef XL can be connected to WiFi with the Kenwood World app which has over 100 recipes offering inspiration for making new dishes and your own creations.
Using a recipe from the Kenwood World App the appliance automatically configures and adapts the settings (stirring speed, temperature, time) to the selected recipe for perfect results every time.
Induction heating and temperature range
The Cooking Chef uses induction heating technology which is extremely safe and energy efficient. It can heat from 20°C to 180°C for even greater flexibility.
Low temperatures can be used for melting chocolate and rising dough.
Medium temperatures for stews and sauces.
High temperatures are used for frying meat, fish and vegetables.
EasyWeigh Scale
With the EasyWeight scale, you can weigh directly in the bowl without having to transfer ingredients, saving time and with less dirty dishes and mess.
SimpleTouch presets:
The Cooking Chef XL has 13 preset functions that allow you to quickly and easily create perfect “one-touch” recipes.
Stirrers & Accessories
The Cooking Chef XL has 5 different beaters, each specially designed for different uses.
